About 1 in 3 guests at an event will dance, and you’ll need 10 dance floor panels for every 15 dancers              

Snap-Lock Flooring

Although this is an all weather surface - to avoid chances of damage please do not submerge in water.

Installation is included in the rental price of the panels, but additional charges apply for delivery. Set up typically takes 45-90 minutes depending on floor size and ease of getting in and out of event space.  

Late night pickup charges start at $200 and go up for floors that need to be picked up between 10:30pm and 7am.

Floor Must Be Set Up By Us to avoid damaged equipment. 

Dance Floor Installation Policy Effective 9/26/25

To maintain safety, quality, and efficiency, the following policies apply to all dance floor rentals:

  1. Site Visit Requirement
    • A site visit is required for all dance floor installations. The client must allow access so our team can verify the surface is suitable.
  2. Approved Surfaces
    • Dance floors will only be installed on flat, solid, and level surfaces such as concrete, asphalt, or indoor flooring.
  3. No Ground Leveling
    • We no longer provide ground leveling, plywood layering, or adjustments for uneven surfaces.
    • Clients are responsible for ensuring the installation area is fully prepared and suitable before delivery.
  4. Non-Approved Surfaces
    • Dance floors will not be installed on grass, gravel, dirt, sand, or any uneven or unstable ground.
  5. Non-Refundable Fees
    • If installation cannot be completed due to an unsuitable surface, labor and delivery fees remain non-refundable. Rental fees may be adjusted at our discretion.
  6. Final Authority
    • For safety reasons, our installation team has the final decision on whether a site is acceptable.
