Renting party supplies from our business is a convenient process. Start by browsing our extensive inventory of party rental items, including tables, chairs, linens, decorations, and more. Once you've selected the items you need for your event, add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. Specify the date of your event and delivery location, and we'll arrange for the items to be delivered to your doorstep or event venue. If you want to save money items can be pick up for our storing facility in Coon Rapids.

We currently operate out of a storage facility.

Rental Pick Up & Return Hours:
Monday - Saturday
9:00am - 11:45am or 6:00pm - 8:00pm
- Park in any available spot in the parking lot. Please do not block the loading doors or enter the office for any reason.
- Once parked call/text: 952-254-7509, give us your vehicles description and we will bring your rentals to your vehicle.

Standard Round Trip Rates Are As Follows:
Delivery & Pick Up (01 - 10 Miles) $60.00
Delivery & Pick Up (11 - 25 Miles) $120.00
Delivery & Pick Up (26 - 35 Miles) $200.00
Delivery & Pick Up (36 - 50 Miles) $280.00
Delivery & Pick Up (50+Miles) To Be Quoted
We ask that you make us aware of any stairs, hills, elevators, unleveled ground or far walking distances. Additional hauling fees may apply. Failure to notify us may result in a 3x higher delivery charge upon arrival. (This is to insure that our staff is prepared and we bring the proper equipment to load and unload rentals in a timely fashion.)

Our team will text & email you the day before your event with your delivery time.
Exact Time Delivery / Pick Up is an additional charge of $100. (This option is for customer looking to set time their own specific delivery/pickup time.)
Late Night / Early Morning Pickups will be an additional charge of $200 (This is for delivery/pickups taking place within the hours of 10:00pm - 7:00am)

We can set up and breakdown the equipment for an extra charge ($60 base fee plus $1.25 per item.)
Items such as dance floors, high peak frame tents, stages and back drops have built in set up/breakdown fees.
If you are booking items that have built in set up fees and items that require the set up charge, you will be charged accordingly.
Can you set up items from other vendors?
No, we currently do not set up items from other vendors.

Yes, you can make last-minute additions or changes to your party rental order, subject to item availability. If you realize you need additional items or want to modify your order, please contact our team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your requests and update your order accordingly. Keep in mind that last-minute changes are subject to availability, so it's a good practice to reach out to us well in advance of your event to ensure that we can meet your requirements. We're here to help you create the perfect party setup.

In the event that party rental items are damaged or stained during your event, please inform us as soon as possible. Our team will assess the extent of the damage or staining, and you may be charged for any necessary repairs or replacements. We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to damage and stains. We understand that accidents can happen, and we appreciate your timely reporting of any issues to help us ensure the quality of our rental items.

Late Charges:
Renters/Clients 15 minutes - 60 minutes late will be charged an additional 25% on their initial total.
Anytime beyond 60 minutes, renters/clients will be charged an additional 1 day for all items rented.
Each day items are not returned will result in a charge. After 7 days of none returned items it will be considered theft and renter/client will be charged the full cost of all rented items.
Late Charges/Fees are imposed and enforced so "In A Pickle Rental" can stay on schedule and provide on time services to all clients in need of rental items/equipment/materials. On time returns will allow "In A Pickle Rental" enough time to inspect, clean, and prepare for any misfortunes prior to renting items/equipment/materials to other renters/clients.

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our clients in such circumstances. However, due to the nature of our business and the time invested in preparing for each order, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Deposits
- A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for all orders under $1,000.
- For orders over $1,000, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation and Refunds
- If you need to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. All cancellation must be written and sent via email.
- Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled service or delivery will forfeit the deposit but will not incur additional charges.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service or delivery will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and an additional 50% of the remaining balance due at the time of cancellation.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service or delivery, and the full balance will be due.
Same-Day Booking and Cancellation
- For same-day bookings, the full amount is due at the time of booking. Once the booking is made, the client is responsible for the full amount regardless of whether the service is cancelled.
- If the booking is cancelled after confirmation, the client will be charged the full amount and no refunds will be issued.
- Clients may request a rain check to reschedule services, which will allow them to use the payment towards a future service. The rain check must be redeemed within 6 months from the original booking date.
- Rain checks are non-transferable and must be used by the same client who made the original booking. The rain check cannot be transferred to other parties.
Rescheduling
- If you need to reschedule your booking, we will do our best to accommodate the change, depending on availability.
